October 2026Wilmington Complete
A Vermont mountain retreat at Haystack, fully renovated and reimagined in the HAVN language. White oak, natural stone, soft whites, calm Scandinavian lines.
Every detail considered: Taj Mahal stone, Bedrosians tile, Montauk slate, solid white oak throughout the main living areas. Designed and built by hand.
With Wilmington complete, our Sturbridge build is back underway.
June 2026Well Completed
The well has officially been drilled. Another key milestone complete as the Sturbridge home moves closer to construction. One step at a time, we’re bringing the HAVN vision to life
May 2026Well Permit Approved
The well permit was approved by the Town of Sturbridge. Well drilling is expected to begin shortly.
